Gracefold currently ships to addresses within Canada.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. Delivery to remote and northern areas may take longer.
Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more

Flat-rate standard shipping of $12 CAD on orders under $75
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships.
Multiple packages: Our products ship from trusted Canadian makers and warehouses, so orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. You are never charged extra shipping for this.
Duties and taxes: All prices are in Canadian dollars. Orders ship from within Canada, so no duties or customs fees apply. Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout.
Lost or delayed orders: If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days or your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will make it right.
