Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses across Canada. We'll let our newsletter subscribers know first when we begin shipping to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 2–7 business days after they ship. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $12 anywhere in Canada.
Will I pay duties or customs fees?
No. Our products ship from within Canada, so there are no duties or surprise border fees. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout.
Why might my order arrive in more than one box?
We work with trusted Canadian makers and warehouses, so items from different makers may ship separately. Each package has its own tracking number, and you never pay extra shipping for this.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
