Shipping
We currently ship to addresses across Canada.
- Rates: a flat $12 anywhere in Canada; free on orders of $100 or more
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery: usually 5–8 business days after your order ships; handmade gift boxes can take up to 12 business days
- Tracking: emailed to you as soon as your order ships
Our products ship directly from trusted Canadian makers, so there are no duties or border fees. If your order includes items from different makers, it may arrive in more than one package. You pay one shipping charge, never extra for this.
Free returns
We want you to love every item. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free.
- Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us or email hello@gracefold.ca with your order number. We'll email you a free prepaid return label, usually within 2 business days.
- Your item goes back to the Canadian maker who shipped it, so please use only the label we send.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and checked.
- To exchange an item, return it and place a new order.
Items we can't take back
Unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, we can't accept returns of:
- Food and drink, such as caramels and tea
- Personal-care items that have been opened or used, such as soap, lotion, beard oil and balm
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
